The Romanian Electron Microscopy Society (REMS) is a professional association which aims to contribute actively to encourage the progress in electron microscopy and its applications in materials science and life science in Romania.
REMS is associated to the European Microscopy Society (EMS), aiming to participate actively in the scientific events organized by EMS or the other affiliated European societies.
The European Microscopy Society organizes the 17th congress of the society, emc2024. The event will be held between August 25th-30th, 2024 and wil take place at The Bella Center, Copenhagen. Incorporating a balanced conference program of all kind of microscopy in both physical and life sciences - microscopists, manufacturers, and suppliers will come together to share new techniques, applications, and technology.
The exhibition is one the largest of its kind featuring more than 100 exhibitors.
